Website Maintenance Packages

All maintenance and support plans cover everything from regular updating of site content to file backups, site problem solving and generic updating of scripts and code. If you are having problems with your site e.g. contact form not working, site down or simply want to have the reassurance of ongoing support, you will need to purchase an Enterprise plan or above.

Alternatively you can purchase support time as and when you require it. Additionally all maintenance plans come with huge discounts. For example paying yearly instead of monthly get you 12 months cover for the price of 10 months.

Furthermore, you could save even more money based on the plan you choose for example by the taking out the 'Business Pro Plan' reduces the monthly charge from £30 a month to £20 month, saving you £120 a month when paid monthly or £160 if you pay yearly. I waste none of your purchased time also I will keep track of the time I spend on your website to the nearest minute. If an update takes 2 minutes, I remove 2 minutes from your allotted time, no minimums.

Additionally you can carry over up to an hour into any one month. This can come in handy if your want a major change to your site. All work is invoiced so you know where you are within your maintenance plan.

Starter Plan

The 'Starter Plan' is the ideal choice for the new start up or small business that knows they will not be a lot of changes to their web site.

The plan consists of:

  • 1 hr per month.
  • 2 business days response time*.
  • Text updates.
  • Image updates.
  • Email support.
  • Telephone support.

The cost is £30.00 per month.

If you pay annually you get 12 months maintenance for the price of 10 months (£300.00).

Enterprise Plan
This plan is for the established small business, the plan is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without running up spiralling agency costs, or spending valuable time yourself.

The plan consists of:

  • 3 hours per month.
  • 1 business day response time*.
  • Email support.
  • Telephone support.
  • Text updates.
  • Image updates.
  • Formatting and uploading of blog posts.
  • Link Checking.
  • Code Checking.
  • Site Security Checks.
  • Maintaining and managing your newsletters.
  • Monthly site traffic statistics/reports.

The cost is £75 per month, which works out at £5.00 less than my normal hourly fee of £30.00.

If you pay annually you get 12 months maintenance for the price of 10 months (£750.00). This saves you even further money!

Business Pro Plan
The 'Business Pro Maintenance Plan' is the ideal choice for the business whose site needs constant updates, for example a small online shop or service provider. It is ideal if you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly.

The plan consists of:

  • 5 hours per month.
  • 4 business hours response time*.
  • Email support.
  • Telephone support.
  • Shopping cart product updates/additions/deletions.
  • Text updates.
  • Image updates.
  • New page creation.
  • New menu creation.
  • Formatting and uploading of blog posts.
  • Uploading podcasts.
  • Uploading videos.
  • Link Checking.
  • Code Checking.
  • Site Security Checks.
  • Maintaining and managing your media/PR section.
  • Maintaining and managing your newsletters.
  • Site traffic statistics/reports.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) advice and guidance.
  • Weekly site file backups.

The cost is £100 per month, which works out at £10.00 less than my normal hourly fee of £30.00.

If you paying annually you get 12 months maintenance for the price of 10 months (£1000). This saves you even further money!

Business Pro+ Plan
The ultimate package, if website issues and problems are critical to your business, then this is for you. Ideal for medium to large businesses and large online stores. This package is like having your own web designer, web programmer, network administrator and IT support rolled into one for a fraction of the costs.

The plan consists of:

  • 10 hours per month.
  • 2 business hours response time*.
  • Email support Telephone support.
  • Shopping cart product updates.
  • Text updates.
  • Image updates.
  • New page creation.
  • New menu creation.
  • Formatting and uploading of blog posts.
  • Uploading podcasts.
  • Uploading videos.
  • Link Checking.
  • Code Checking.
  • Site Security Checks.
  • Maintaining and managing your media/PR section.
  • Maintaining and managing your newsletters.
  • Site traffic statistics SEO (Search Engine Optimization) advice and guidance.
  • Daily site monitoring.
  • Daily site file backups.
  • File safekeeping.

The cost is £150 per month, which works out at £15.00 less than my normal hourly fee of £30.00.

Paying annually (£1500.00) gets you 12 months maintenance for the price of 10 months. This saves you even further money!

One Offs
As mentioned above, my hourly rate is £30.00 an hour, if you need small work done or do not want to enter into a package deal, then this is the option for you.

Notes:

All work will be invoiced and broken down to the nearest minute. If the work does not take an hour you will only be invoiced for the time it takes me to do it. Therefore if the work you need takes 30 minutes then you will be charged £15.00. If it takes 90 minutes you will be charged £45.00.
